College & Career Center

The College and Career Center is where students receive advice about college and careers, learn about college resources, get help with applications and essays, meet college representatives and explore information about scholar­ships and financial aid. CAL-GRANT NEWS

SENIORS: In order to be considered for a Cal Grant Award (money for college that doesn’t have to paid back), California public high schools and charter schools are required to electronically submit a high school Grade Point Average (GPA) to the California Student Aid Commission by October 2 for all graduating seniors, unless the student or parent has opted out.

If you do not want your GPA reported, please email the Registrar at chines@lodiusd.net to request an opt out form..

The term Financial Aid is an umbrella term that can include the following type of aid: Grants, Subsidized Loans, Un-subsidized Loans, Work Study, Institutional Scholarships, and General Scholarships.

When requesting a transcript please include the following information in your email:
* How many transcripts do you need?
* Official (sealed in an envelope) 
* Official (in an unsealed envelope)
*Unofficial (not official)
* Uploaded or emailed (please provide upload info or email address)
