STUDENTS AND STAFF: Reminder during a lockdown drill – students are expected to quickly enter the closest room even if it is not your classroom.  Teachers- thank you for encouraging students to quickly enter the nearest classroom and securing your room.

ENGLISH TUTORING: Do you need help writing or analyzing a text? Come to English tutoring every Thursdays from 2:30-4:30 in the library. An English teacher will be there to help you!

 

ROYAL REGIMENT BAND & COLORGUARD members...there is a rehearsal tonight from 6pm - 9pm. See you at the Band room.

PSAT Sign-ups are happening now through the end of the quarter! Tokay's PSAT will be held Wednesday, October 25th in the gym. $15 in Student Services.

 

SUPPORT THE Tokay Science Olympiad & Science Bowl Teams by enjoying some Blaze Pizza every Friday from 4pm to 9pm and every Friday the month of September. Pick up a flyer from Student Services or print from the Tokay Website.

 

SENIORS who are applying for the Wendy’s Heisman Scholarship please be reminded that we will be on break when the deadline occurs so give staff members advance notice of  recommendations needed to complete the application process.

 

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS: There will be a Disneyland meeting on Tuesday, September 26th in the Library, 6:00 – 7:30 pm.  A $75.00 deposit is required that night to hold your spot. Important paperwork will be handed out at the meeting…NOT before.

 

A FREE PSAT online prep series will start on Saturday, September 23. This will be the first of eight online sessions that cover the most important components including interactive lessons, quizzes, and a practice test. Pre-register on www.kaptest.com/psatpreplive . Flyers are available in the Career Center.

All proceeds from regularly priced items go to the academy when an event flyer, or a picture of the flyer are presented.
