Reminders 

~ Clear all absences within 10 days. Include date(s) of absence.

~ Unexcused absences can affect activities/off-campus privileges.

~ Check your student's attendance regularly.

~ Contact the Attendance if there are any questions @ 331-7888 between 7am - 3:30pm or email Vicki Dutra .

 

Students that are 18 and still living at home are required to have parents call in to excuse an absence.

Seniors - Class of 2013!

DIPLOMAS

Diplomas will be distributed on Wednesday, May 29th from 10:00 a.m. to noon in the cafeteria. Diplomas will not be mailed. Diploma covers may be purchased at this time for $5.00.

Grades - Home Access Center

Due to teachers inputting student grades, the Home Access Center will only be accessible to students and parents from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 22nd through Friday, May 24th. Regular access will resume after this date. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Cross Country

Summer Conditioning begins on Monday, June 3 at 5:00 p.m. at Tokay. The team meets at Tokay under the trees by the tennis courts. Practices will be every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00 p.m.

It's time to start planning!

Current juniors will soon receive information about scheduling their senior portraits. LifeTouch is our official photographer for the 2013-2014 school year and will be taking all senior yearbook portraits. Please click on the link below to contact LifeTouch and schedule your appointment. LifeTouch will be on Tokay's campus the week of July 8-12. Studio appointments may be scheduled for other dates. Plan to take your portraits early...don't be left out!
